School Improvment

During the 2023/24 academic year, I have worked with 14 schools, including Primary and Secondary settings, Local authority and multi-academy Trusts.

This support can vary from a singular day visit to termly or more regular visits. I facilitate reflection through challenging questions, prompting evaluation and sustained school progress. Focus areas include curriculum and assessment, teaching, learning, leadership and management. I also support schools before, during and after Ofsted inspections.

Mentoring

I also provide mentoring to those who would benefit from a space where they can reflect on their role and impact. This has been particularly useful for those new to leadership.

During these sessions, clients can explore themes and issues which they are finding challenging. As well as ask any question and reflect on advice offered. Through my knowledge of School and Trust leadership, I can support colleagues at all levels.

Supervision

As a qualified Clinical Supervisor, I provide a safe, confidential space which facilitates reflective practice support.

During these sessions we can explore issues together, which helps staff to share and reflect on experiences. Sessions also allow staff to develop their skills and expertise.
